If we’re talking about painting then you prefer light works. Everything else just depresses you. Yellow is the color of genius. And you’re thrilled, when art consists of this color in particular. Sculptures and Installations have to be light and airy constructions. You hate works of iron, metal and steel, since it gives you a feeling of gravity which you dislike. You love open works, such as events and platform art. Here you have the oppurtunity to stay tuned and participate in the crazy world of the artists.

The Renaissance is your thing!! You probably love the great masters. Romance, stilleben/ stillife and flowers is also prefered by you. You like alterpjeces, marble statues, cozy pjeces of work, little tableaus, and gadgets put together in piles to form great installations.
You’re drawn to the ragged, worn out, white, the soft, and the pure innocents. Exploring the studios of various artists and small galleries is your favourite thing to do during your weekends and holidays. Rome is heaven on earth.

The life of the artist is their inspriration and you enjoy, when they show for it. Their works can have a majestic feel to it but with warm shades that address both children and grown-ups. Exploring land art parks as well as small private museums is something you enjoy. If you don’t already possess an art collections, you dream of getting one. You love gigantic painting and mirror installations – in short art that doesn’t wear small shoes. You like work made from natural materials such as wood. Small details don’t really fit your mood. On the other hand you’re attracted to the big lines in art. You’re the kind of person who might drag hom a painting from faraway and hang it next to the Buddha statues and remind yourself that the world is huge.

Video Art : No thank you. Your collection has to consist of crafts. Exhibitions containing classic and historic work, where everything comes together just right is to your liking. You love art although you don’t always understand it. The most important thing is that you get a nice feeling in your gut by looking at the work.

You are what the expressionists fear. Quick solutions don’t suit your mood. You wait for the right exhibition to come up and you’re seldom dictated by the fancies of contemporary art. Simplicity is your thing – less is more. And depending on what work you purchase it has to exude qualitity and last at least for the next 25 years. You like decorations, public sculptures and durable work consisting of stone and other long-term materials.

No one should tell you what kind of art you like. Tons of color and plastic has its right according to you. So why not use it in artistic work. Art may separate itself from the rest of the world, just as long as it makes itself noticeable, because life is too short to be humble. Your favourite works of art are to be found in the massive wave of Young British Art that has flushed over the world lately.

Contemporary art is right up your alley because then you have something you can disagree with. Your favourite art musn’t be too romantic. Preferably a feeling af air and eternity. Whatever the media, the works can’t be to clingy. You like contrasts. From monochromes to impressionistic masterpjeces. You also enjoy minimalism and materials such as stell and especially glass fibre.
